We will be happy to cancel or change your order if 48 hours notice is given. Unfortunately, we are unable to change an order after this time.
We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances, once the gift has left our premises.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders received after 2pm AWST will be processed on the next business day.

Sydney/Brisbane/Gold Coast – 3-5 business days
Melbourne – 3-5 business days
Adelaide – 3-5 business days
Cairns/Townsville – 3-5 business days
Canberra – 3-5 business days
Hobart/Launceston – 3-5 business days
NT & ALL Regional Areas – 3-5 business days
Incorrect delivery addresses resulting in a re-delivery will be charged a second delivery charge of $20.00. Re-delivery may take between 24-48 hours.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the recipient will be in hospital for the full day, on the expected day of delivery. If the patient has been discharged at time of delivery, a $20 re-delivery fee will result.
Foreverkidz uses a third party courier service / Australia Post to deliver our baby gifts. Once your baby gift leaves our premises it is then in the hands of the courier company / Australia Post. We do our very best to ensure your gift arrives on time, however, there will always be circumstances that are out of our control which could affect delivery within these timeframes. In these rare instances, we will ensure we let you know as soon as we are made aware of the delay, and we will always aim to resolve the issue as quickly as humanly possible.
Refunds & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that your hamper or its contents arrive damaged or faulty, please get in contact with one of our friendly team members to advise the parcel will be returned. You will need to ensure that your gift is in the same condition as it was received.
Our team member will resolve the issue aiming for the best possible outcome from the following:
- Send a replacement hamper or replace the damaged item
- Issue a store credit for later use
- Refund the damaged item or hamper to the original payment method
Once the gift is received back to our warehouse we will take the next steps as requested.
Please return gifts back to our warehouse within 30 days of dispatch.
Availability of Products
All baby gifts are subject to stock availability. Any merchandise shown on the website may be discontinued or substituted without notice. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item or an item is discontinued, Foreverkidz guarantees that such substitution will be of equal or greater value.
Payment is required prior to delivery. We have 3 easy to use methods for payment :
- Credit Card – We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All card details are protected with Secure Shopping.
- Direct to Foreverkidz Bank Account – Our account details are provided on our invoices.
Authority to Leave a Gift
All of our baby gifts are labelled ‘Authority to Leave’. If the recipient is not home at time of delivery the gift will be left at the premises. If there is no safe place to leave the gift, a calling card will be left advising of the closest collection point or Australia Post shop.

All photographic images within this website are owned by Foreverkidz, and permissions for use are required. Some of the items used in our photographs have been used for photographic purposes and are not provided as part of the gift hamper.
